NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 25.

TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF IRONWOOD, COUNTY OF GOGEBIC, STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSON:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an amendment to Local Sewer Use Ordinance No. 25 has been submitted to the Township Board of the Charter Township of Ironwood, which if adopted would;

The current ordinance No. 25 Local Sewer Ordinance should be amended to address discharging wastewater containing objectionable or toxic substances to such a degree that causes the wastewater treatment works to exceed the following:

THEREFORE, The Charter Township of Ironwood Board of Trustees adopts the Amendment to Ordinance No. 25 Local Sewer Use Ordinance, effective immediately.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the full text of the proposed Ordinances have been posted in the office of the Township Clerk and in the following six public places within the Township within the 7 days proceeding the posting of the Ordinance for public examination:
